Get ready for a wild month of tropical cocktail madness as Plantation Rum launches its first-ever international Tropical Month this April.
Throughout the entire month, visit some of the coolest bars in Singapore, including 28 Hong Kong Street, Bob’s Bar, Las Palmas, Panamericana, Potato Head Singapore, Smoke & Mirrors, Tempo Bar and Grill, and WooBar, for a good dose of tropical goodness.
Each of the bars have created special cocktails using various Plantation Rums, and you can expect dedicated cocktail menus featuring on-theme ingredients like banana, pandan, lime, and coconut.

Kicking off the festivities (all dates are at the bottom of the article) is the Rumours Has It: drei x Plantation! launch party at Rumours Beach Club, where you can indulge in four tantalising Plantation Rum cocktails, including the legendary Stiggins’ Daiquiri and Jamaican Mai Tai made using Plantation Xaymaca Rum and Plantation 3 Stars Rum.
Then experience tropical bliss at 28 Hong Kong Street, where a refreshing Pineapple Daiquiri will be offered, made using Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum, lime, sugar, and their own homemade tiki bitters.
Or, if you prefer something a little more exotic, head to Las Palmas and try their Kamau cocktail (main image), made with Plantation 3 Stars Rum, Calpis, hazelnut liqueur, passion fruit purée, and orgeat. Panamericana’s Tepache is also a must-try, featuring Plantation Original Dark Rum, pineapple water, and cacao with nutmeg and clove.

Can’t make it to any of these bars? You can still enjoy the taste of the tropics from the comfort of your own home by making your own Plantation Stiggins’ Pineapple Daiquiri. Simply shake together 60ml of Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum, 20ml of simple syrup, and 30ml of lime juice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
It’s a great time to purchase bottles of Plantation Rum online too, as they’re giving out free shots of Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum at selected bars when you get any two bottles of Plantation Rum through the EC Proof website.
If you’re a fan of rum-based cocktails, then you won’t want to miss out on this celebration happening throughout April.
