Have a champagne-fuelled party brunch this F1 weekend at LAVO

LAVO Sunday Champagne Brunch

It’s that time of year again when Singapore’s city streets turn into a veritable playground for super fast race cars. The 2023 Singapore Grand Prix is here, and it is a much-anticipated one.

For those more interested in the fringe activities taking place, this one’s for you. Throughout the entire F1 weekend, sky-high hotspot LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar will be throwing not one, but two alcohol-fuelled brunches to get the action going even before the night race begins.

On Saturday, 16th Sep, the special ticketed LAVO Party Brunch: Race Edition (S$248 per person) will be taking place from noon to 4pm, where free-flowing cocktails and champagne await.

Food wise, expect a smorgasbord of fresh seafood on ice, an array of piping hot oven-baked pizzas, as well as LAVO signatures like rigatoni tomato basil, soulful chicken alla cacciatora and a mini version of their famed giant meatball. Meanwhile, crafted race-themed desserts offer a sweet ending for both your palate and the ‘gram.

There will be entertainment too. Guest DJ Tim Hox will be pumping out high-energy sets to keep the vibe lit, while stilt walkers and dancers offer a visual spectacle you can’t pry your eyes away from.

Or get the party started early on race day come 17th Sep, with a race-themed edition of LAVO’s signature free-flowing Sunday Champagne Brunch (S$98, food only; S$168, food and champagne) happening from noon till 3pm.

Simply reserve a seat as you normally would, but come expecting a high-octane affair thanks to the F1 fever in the air. From your 57th floor perch, then indulge in Italian American brunch favourites, live meat carvings, oven-baked pizzas, and more. As always, cocktails and free-flow beverage packages are available too.
