In the blink of an eye, it’s been three years since local beer brand Niang Brewery Co first arrived on the scene in 2020 with two amazing brews – the Confection Cure (a cheng tng-inspired pale ale) and the Warming Spirit (a farmhouse style saison).
Over 20 different beers later, Niang is continuing its creative spree with three new limited edition releases in celebration of its third anniversary, with each of the three new labels done in collaboration with a different brand.
There’s Forsaken Tales, a Chocolate Sour Ale produced together with homegrown chocolatier Fossa Chocolate; Spirited Lands, a Kveik Hazy IPA created in collaboration with Botanist Gin; and Lucid Dreams, a Fruited Stout born from a team up with sneaker and streetwear convention organisers Sole Superior.
Going beyond beers, Niang is also working with local visual artist Tobyato for the label designs of its three limited edition releases. The creative genius, together with Sole Superior, has also created merchandise for the occasion in the form of a highly limited rayon shirt.

The two-way collabs continue with Fossa Chocolate, with them and Niang coming up with a non-alcoholic beer chocolate bar made using Citra hops, passionfruit, and Tanzanian Kokoa Kamili 54% dark milk chocolate. The result is a tropical treat perfect for the holidays.
As for Botanist Gin, a bottled cocktail awaits. A fizzy take on the espresso martini, the Breakfast in Bed ready-to-drink concoction is formulated by Cultail’s head beverage director, using a mix of Botanist Gin, Cointreau, blood orange, muscat and prosecco for a bright and juicy tipple.
Then there’s the actual anniversary party happening at popular craft beer haunt Orh Gao Taproom on Nov 4. A complete tap takeover, expect a wide range of Niang’s brews, new and old, to be flowing all night.
Says Mark Chen, founder and head brewer of Niang Brewery Co: “For our third year anniversary, we decided to focus on giving back the love and prosperity to the craft lifestyle community, and we teamed up with our friends that hone their craft in their own unique realm, and deliver an unique experience not just within the bar but beyond.”
Niang Brewery Co’s third anniversary party takes place Nov 4 at Orh Gao Taproom starting from 5pm.
