This upcoming 4-hands cum guest shift is one for the izakaya lovers out there

MOGA x Neon Pigeon

If you, like us, enjoy how modern izakayas are a great amalgamation of the new and old, then this upcoming collab between two amazing Singapore establishments – one new to the scene and one a pioneer of the concept here – is one not to be missed.

Newcomer MOGA at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, already establishing itself as a city-centre hotspot, is bringing in trailblazers Neon Pigeon for an epic 4-night bash appropriately named Tokyo Nights Unleashed.

Happening 6-9 March, the collab will have both chefs and bartenders from Neon Pigeon (Sean Mell and Mario La Pietra) head down to MOGA and work magic with their counterparts there (Danny Yong and Marcus Liow).

Every night will have a different theme, with the first night on Wednesday kicking things off with yakitori and tempura creations. Day 2 is maki and sashimi night, while day 3 will be one for the robatayaki fans out there. MOGA’s ala carte menu is also available throughout the event days.

It all culminates in a grand finale on Saturday, where items from all previous nights will be available. A live DJ will be providing entertainment too, so be prepared for an epic revelry. Plus, as a nod to International Women’s Day, all ladies get a complimentary welcome cocktail to get the evening started.

On the drinks front, popular Japanese whisky label Nikka will be headlining, with Pietra and Liow coming up with a 10-drink menu – comprising 4 spirit-forward tipples, 4 half-proof indulgences, and 2 zero ABV cocktails – that will be exclusive to the 4-day event.

So whether you’re heading down for just one night or all the nights, just be sure to mark your calendars for the final evening, where the folks from MOGA and Neon Pigeon will be sure to pull out all the stops for a party to remember.

Tokyo Nights Unleashed takes place 6-9 March, 6pm till late, at MOGA, located at 1 Hill Street, Singapore 179949.
