The annual gathering of Singapore’s whisky enthusiasts, Whisky Live, is back once again, with lots in store for both ardent fans of the aged spirit and those new to the wide world of whisky alike.
Whisky Live Singapore 2023, now in its 12th running, will be heading to the Singapore Flyer for the first time come Nov 18-19. Organisers La Maison du Whisky Asia-Pacific hopes to leverage the bigger space for the main event, while at the same time introduce a brand new segment, the Cocktail and Food Street.
Held concurrently, Whisky Live will remain a ticketed event catered to those into spirits, while the Cocktail and Food Street will be a non-ticketed offering open to the wider public. With an eclectic wave of bartenders and food vendors descending upon the venue, the addition hopes to attract a crowd not typical of previous editions.

Over 3,000 visitors are expected to attend the combined event over 2 days. Those familiar with Whisky Live already know what to expect: plenty of whisky to sample, a vast array of brands on showcase, and the widest representation of styles and provenance in one place.
This year, they are promising the largest ever Whisky Hall yet – which means an even greater lineup of stellar whisky brands that will be setting up booths. The Spirits Gallery, where other categories such as gin, rum, and tequila will be located, will make a return as well.
For the connoisseurs (or those hoping to delve deeper), over 20 free masterclasses are being held at dedicated rooms. This is more than double the number of classes conducted last year, which means more coveted slots to go around.

He adds: “The 12th edition of Whisky Live Singapore solidifies its role as the authoritative spirits show in the region. It will see higher attendances from consumers and trade, with more masterclasses lined up, to help our guests discover more about their favourite spirits.”
