Hennessy brought its Paradis expression back to Singapore this month with a private event held at Le Freeport on 20 August 2025.
The secured facility, usually reserved for the storage and exhibition of valuable assets, provided the backdrop for an invite-only experience focused on the heritage and craft of Hennessy Paradis.
First created in 1979 by sixth-generation master blender Maurice Fillioux, Hennessy Paradis is made using a blend of more than 100 eaux-de-vie, some aged for over a century. The cognac is recognised for its amber-gold colour and layered profile, which includes floral, spice, and fruit notes with a long finish.
At the event, guests were guided through a tasting session and a masterclass, accompanied by live performances such as a modern guzheng piece that reflected the blend’s musical inspiration.

The event also included La Chambre du Hennessy, a curated display of limited releases and collaborations rarely seen in public. These included Paradis Unlimited, Paradis Gold Edition, Paradis X Lorenz Bäumer NBA 3L, the Paradis Chinese New Year editions from 2023 to 2025, and the Paradis X LOEWE 3L.
Attendees had the option to purchase bottles on-site, with the addition of custom engraving through Hennessy Hands, the Maison’s personalisation service.
“Hennessy Paradis is a cornerstone of our portfolio, embodying decades of craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence. As a symbol of rarity and refinement, it continues to resonate with discerning collectors and connoisseurs,” says Sébastien Vilmot, managing director, Moët Hennessy Southeast Asia.
“By crafting exclusive experiences, we strengthen our leadership in the region’s luxury spirits market and reflect the growing sophistication of consumers here.”
